Learning Paths School, Mohali is fulfilling the onus of all-round development of its students by introducing a host of clubs of creative activities as a part of the weekly time-table of every child. One such club is the 'Budding Authors' Club. The Club endeavours to nurture the writing talent of its members through the Budding Authors’ Programme.
The Budding Authors’ Programme works on the principle of inculcating the beneficial habits of reading and writing in the growing children. The young learners teeming with energy and curiosity are provided with a creative anchor. The pursuit of reading and writing allows the harnessing and channelising in the right direction, of this vast reservoir of inquisitiveness. A seasoned writer and trainer develops deep bonds of camaraderie and exerts a positive influence in the holistic development of a child, the effect of which is manifested in every aspect of the child’s life.

She has been associated with various Networking Forums and Alumni associations in the country and has been at the forefront of their communication and promotional affairs.
Writing is her passion and she has been expressing her deep inner thoughts and her experiences of life through various articles in newspapers and poems from her school days. Author’s interaction with Budding Authors Club members

It was a session full of fun ‘n’ frolic and great interactions where the young and agile minds tinkled their creative buds and came up with innovative writing and that too on the spot! Driven by Chandigarh based author Rahul Saini, the budding authors of Learning Paths School had a chance to share and exchange some creative stories with the author.
Led by their mentor author Preeti Parashar, the session was organized to help the students gain more knowledge about the field of literature and widen their horizons.
Rahul Saini talked about his journey of becoming an author and how his first novel ‘Left me broken’ was inspired by a true story. He also told the students how important it is to let the creativity flow for it to develop fully. He then played a few interactive games with the students. They were engaged into thinking differently and coming up with new tag lines and playing around with words.
The Club members thoroughly enjoyed this special session and came up with a myriad of new ideas to drive their thoughts into a more focused direction.
The Budding Authors Club is a channel for the students to develop their creative writing skills and improve their expression to a great extent. The students are propelled to read and write in different genres and get their work published on various platforms.
SUDITI JINDAL
Suditi began her journey as a writer at the young age of 9 years. The past-time activity soon flourished into a passion eventually getting her an award while still at school for an article, by Hindi Academy, Delhi for its implicit ability to strike an emotional chord with the readers. Suditi continued writing for her school and college journals both in English and Hindi. In 2012, her first novel ‘Grow Up Moon!’ was published by Snab Publishers, New Delhi. Her second novel, ‘The Adulteress’ released in April, 2016. The Adulteress too has garnered much acclaim and love from the readers.
Besides being a writer, Suditi is one of the leading trainers in the field of behavioural skills as well as soft skills development in the northern region. She is one of the visiting faculty at Panjab University, National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research, Thapar University and many such prestigious institutes in the region. She has established her own academy ‘The Learning Curve Academy’ through which she primarily imparts knowledge and skills of English language to the underprivileged students. She is the Editor of Lawteller- a legal awareness magazine. Suditi is working as the Content Lead for an on-line news portal GNBC, since its inception in October, 2015. She is also regarded as a consultant of eminence in the field of Corporate Communications and handles this portfolio for universities in the region.
