World Book and Copyright Day 2024

In celebration of World Book and Copyright Day, an interactive and enlightening session was organized for students of grades XI and XII interested in pursuing a career in journalism. Led by Ms. Disney Brar, a seasoned journalist, writer, poet, and social media content creator, the session aimed to enhance students' article and report writing skills relevant to both journalism and their English curriculum. Additionally, the Book and Copyright Day celebration featured various activities, including a special assembly led by grade X students who shared their favorite books. The festivities continued with engaging competitions such as book making, bookmark crafting, and book cover design, fostering a love for reading among the participants. Ms. Vandana Saxena, the school principal, urged students to read every day to become future leaders and emphasized the importance of originality, creativity, and respecting copyright laws.
